Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bodysuits and Tops unless they are faulty. All other items from our collections (Blazers, Co-ordinates, Jeans & Trousers, Shorts, and Skirts) are eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]” and include the following information in your email (or use our template below).
- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To process an exchange:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement is of lower value, we will refund the difference
For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while processing your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the issue and your order details
- We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items
- You may choose between a replacement (if available) or full refund
